Indoor Season Overview (5th-12th Grade)

Boston Field Hockey Club holds multiple U14, U16, and U19 teams for the winter indoor season. Each team will have an assigned coach that runs practice, communicates with players and parents, and sets the team up to be successful in tournaments. The teams focus is to develop indoor skills and tactics while maintaining and improving skills prominent in the outdoor game as well. All teams will be guaranteed 2 tournaments as well as weekly training.

All players will be required to attend team placements in their respected age groups. We allow and encourage any players wanting to “play up” an age group to attend additional placement practices. All players are required to play in their age group but can do “extra” as well.

Winter Youth Programming (K-6th Grade)

Boston Field Hockey Club’s Youth (U10, U12) Program welcomes new players to the game of indoor field hockey as well as younger players who are looking to continue learning the game. The environment is fun and competitive, and our youth coaches focus on growth, team work, and skill work in a team atmosphere.
