Nate Coolidge - Founder & Director
USA Men's National Outdoor & Indoor Teams

Nate is the founder and director of all elite programs at Boston Field Hockey Club. He is in his 12th year on the USA Men's National Indoor Team, earning international caps since 2005. He also played 8 years on the USA Men's National Outdoor Team and played a season with Corinthians Professional Hockey Club in Dublin, Ireland. His lengthy career and passion for field hockey started during high school in Sandwich, MA. Nate began his coaching career at VCU in 2005, before founding Counter Attack Hockey private coaching in 2010, which was expanded to BFHC in 2013. He has since led the U19 Boston elite team to qualifying for 3 consecutive National Club Championships (1 of the top 16 teams in the nation) and helped over 50 athletes to NCAA Collegiate Programs.

Megan Bozek - Director of Operations
University of New Hampshire '14

Meg is the director of operations and team coordinator at Boston Field Hockey Club. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2014 where she was a 4-year starting defender and a two-time NFHCA All-American. She finished her senior season as the America East Championship Most Outstanding Player, after leading UNH to the regular-season and tournament titles and an NCAA Tournament berth. Meg played for the USA Women's National Indoor Team from 2012-2014. Meg holds a USFHA Level II Coaching Accreditation and has led the USA Futures Northeast Region since January 2015. She started her coaching career as an assistant coach at Boston College and is now an assistant coach at UMass Lowell, helping them jump more than 20 spots in the NCAA RPI since the program's inception in 2013.

Kristine Stigas - Head Goalie Coach
Boston College '10

Kristine is the head goalie coach for Boston Field Hockey Club. She graduated from Boston College in 2010 where she was a 2-year starting goaltender, finishing with a 25-14 record, 8 shutouts, 1.76 GAA, .725 save %, and NFHCA Second Team Regional All-American. She anchored a BC team that made a NCAA Tournament appearance in 2009. Kristine also goaltended for the New England High Performance Team in the 2009 and 2010 Women's National Championships. Kristine holds a USFHA Level II Coaching Accreditation and was an assistant coach at Dartmouth College. She also coached for the Elite Level USA Field Hockey Futures program and has worked various camps notably including College Connection and BC's Goalkeeping Academy. She was associate head coach of the U19 Boston elite team that finished 6th at the National Club Championship.

Elizabeth Hitti - Head Coach
University of Pennsylvania '16

Hitti coaches numerous outdoor & indoor elite teams at Boston Field Hockey Club. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 where she was a senior captain and 4-year starting attacker, leading the team to two 13-win seasons, two Ivy League Championship games, and a Top-20 NCAA RPI. She finished her senior season leading the NCAA in assists per game (1.12) and breaking the Penn school records for assists in a season, career, and single game. Hitti was also a NFHCA First Team Regional All-American, a two-time All-Ivy selection, and a NFHCA Senior All-Star Game participant. Hitti has assistant coached for The Rivers School varsity program and worked with elite Dutch coaches and international high school athletes in Amsterdam with Sport EuroTour. She works full-time for Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Kellie Stigas - Indoor Head Coach
Northeastern University '19

Kellie is an outdoor skills coach and indoor head coach at Boston Field Hockey Club. She is entering her senior season as a captain for Northeastern University after a successful first 3 seasons playing in every game, accumulating 22 points on 9 goals and 4 assists from the midfield, and taking NU to the CAA Championship Game this past fall. Kellie also played for the New England High Performance team from 2015-2017 and was selected to the USA Young Women’s National Championship in 2016 & 2017. Prior to NU, she was on a Jersey Intensity club team that ranked 3rd in the nation and won gold medals at the 2012 & 2013 National Field Hockey Festival and 2014 Disney Showcase. Kellie has been coaching with Boston Field Hockey Club since 2014 and has worked the Elite Field Hockey Camp for 4 years.

Nicole Panciocco - Indoor Head Coach
University of Massachusetts '12

Nikki is an indoor head coach at Boston Field Hockey Club. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2012 where she was a 4-year starter and senior captain. She played in 84 games from 2008-2011 and led UMass to two A-10 Championship titles and NCAA Tournament appearances. She was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team and A-10 First Team All-Conference. Nikki has since been the head field hockey and softball coach at Regis College. She guided the Pride to their first NCAA Tournament appearance and second NECC League title in 2014, received NECC Coach of the Year in 2015, and continued her winning ways with the first outright and third overall NECC League title in 2016. Nikki started her career at Walpole High School where she won two Massachusetts State Field Hockey Championships.

Fusine Govaert - Indoor Head Coach
Boston College '21

Fusine is an indoor head coach at Boston Field Hockey Club. She just finished her freshman season at Boston College where she played in all 19 games, starting the last 12, and ended the season first on the team in goals and points with 6 goals, 1 assist, and 13 points. Prior to BC, Fusine attended Rye High School in New York and was a four-time All-State and two-time All-American, collecting first-team honors as a senior and third-team as a junior. She was a member of the USA U19 National Indoor Team and was selected to the US Junior National Camp twice. She was also on a FC United club team that won a gold medal at the 2015 National Field Hockey Festival. Fusine was born in Holland and started her field hockey career at AH&BC field hockey club in Amsterdam. She coaches several teams in Holland and now at BFHC.

Hannah Wein - Indoor Head Coach
Northeastern University '18

Hannah is an indoor head coach at Boston Field Hockey Club. She will graduate from Northeastern University in May 2018 where she was a senior captain and played in 72 games over 4 seasons. She was a stalwart on the NU defense, starting every game and compiling the most minutes of action on the team in both her junior and senior seasons with 1271 minutes and 1258 minutes respectively. She also finished her career with 4 defensive saves. Prior to NU, Hannah played 4 years of varsity field hockey at Perryville High School in Maryland, where she captained the team to a division championship and collected two-time All-Conference, three-time All-County, and Second Team All-State honors. Hannah coached a Boston Field Hockey Club indoor team to NIT's last winter and has worked the Elite Field Hockey Camp for 5 years.

Lacey Pustizzi - Youth Development & Indoor Head Coach
Hartwick College '02

Lacey is a youth development coach and indoor head coach at Boston Field Hockey Club. She played field hockey and lacrosse at Hartwick College, where she anchored a defense that made two NCAA Division III Tournaments. Lacey has a wealth of coaching experience as an assistant coach and goalkeeping specialist at NCAA DI and DIII institutions: Colgate University, Yale University, Lock Haven University, Roanoke College, Towson University, and Boston University. She won 2 Patriot League Championships, a CAA Tournament Championship, and an ODAC Championship and guided the BU goaltender to 2-time conference goalkeeper of the year. Lacey also coached the USTS Hockey Club and Black Boys Hockey Club in Switzerland and owned a youth sports camp in VA. She currently works at Kingsbury Club & Spa and is a NEPL Field Hockey board member.
